Hi,
My PERM was filed in Dec. 08 and received an RFE to which I replied on Feb 27th, 2008. The status of case has been "in process" for the past 9 months. My case is being processed in Atlanta center. Any idea how much longer it will be before I hear the result? Is there any way to contact the authorities at ATL center and ask about the case to find out what is keeping them from processing the case?
