Hello,

I have labor dated Nov 2004 from my previous company, and now, I have new labor (date 2008 PERM processing) from current company. Is there a way port/use the dates from previous labor?

Labor Porting dates

Thanks for your response, can you please advice how can I port my PD, approved labor (from Company A which is Nov 2004,) and PERM approved labor(company B) PdD 2008. I mean process, where should I start> talk to lawyer? and say what to lawyer?

Nothing special. You just provide proof of previous PD to lawyer.
