I filled H1 though X company.
But they didn't assigned any project so I transfered my visa to company Y after 3 months.
After moving to company Y , I went for stamping in Feb'2008 and I mentioned in DS-157 that I worked with X company for 3 months. .
I didnot have any payslips and W2form of Company X.
Shall I mention the X company experience while filing GC(ie) in Labour process.
