My 6 year H1B expires 04/2010. I am aware its already late but would need clear information on, by when can my employer file for GC before its too late per UCSIS.

How much more time do I have? Your information is appreciated,

The drop dead date for your perm to be filed is 365 days prior to H1b 6 year expiration to get extensions past the 6 years. Perm prep work from employer takes at least 2-3 months. Getting started 1.5 years ahead of H1b expiration puts you in a safe zone.
