Hi There,
My labor was filed in Oct 29 2007 and it was denied. My labor was refiled (with a different case number) in April 11 2008 and it was approved then. My I-140 is also approved. My question is what will be my priority date ?
Will it be April 2008 or is there some way my priority date can be Oct 29 2007 as it was my petition only but the case number was different.
I appreciate any response in advance.
