Labor Application

Hi,

My Labor was filed this past Oct and I am in the waiting period and the lawyers had suggested that it will take anywhere b/w 3-4 months for a decision from Labor department. Now given the market situation, any ideas whether the time frame will be affected? Any suggestions?
