Mine was filed on February 3rd 2009 and was approved on December 3rd 2009. I think they are processing Feb filed cases now.

Has any March one's come through? February started in October, cant believe DOL is taking 3 months for each month of labor applications.

Mine is in June actually.

Rumor is that there were a lot less PERM applications in 2009. If that is true by any means, then we should start seeing the approvals faster.

I am not sure if there is any way to find out. Keeping fingers crossed.
