Anyone filed labour after Dec 2008 got approved or got any response?

Applied in Jan,09. employer says in process

My perm was filed in the month of Jan,09. Its showing in process. (Thats what the employer tell me at least) Can any one please comment, what stage the application can go for audit. Is it in the first few months after one applies or it can go for audit any stage of the process. What are the chances that after 9 months of applying, if i find out that my application needs audit.
Any comments or input?

Mine was filed on Jan 15, 09. In process still.
I had earlier applied on Dec 15, 08 and it got rejected, for don't know what, but I was informed about it within like 3 weeks.
Due to the level of transparency (or lack of) in the system, this thread is a good place to know where the processing is at.
I'll encourage my friends to update their status here.

I saw in many posts that people are getting Labour cert. approvals who filed in Dec 2008.
I think you should better request your attorney to get updates.

just found this site and good to hear about the status off all the folks . Just wanted to share i have applied for PERM in Jan 21 2009 have talked to my employer but says the status in in progress still.

Certified!!! I just got the aproval notice yesterday. December 08 cases are starting to move again.

I applied for PERM Labor on April 30,2009 and still no replies my lawyer says it will take 8-9 months

I also applied in April 09 from Atlanta in EB2....

Yes. I am still in process. Applied in June2008. No audit...nothing....Just in progress....

Did you hear anything from your attorney's office? Have you tried getting a screenshot of the status. Please let me know if they are giving you the screenshot of the status if you request one!! I still havent heard anything on my filing from June 2008 and I see Dec 2008 cases are moving!!
