My perm was application was filed on 03/12/2009 & it is still pending. Waiting patiently.

I would beleive only dates posted for self cases. Data posted as "One of my friends" may not be accurate. The last user who received a perm approval had filed on 03/10/2009. So we are still good.

So we are on the same boat. Have you tried contact your attorney or employer for the status recently.
I sent an email to my attorney, they responded back saying that haven't heard anything yet.

Just got a mail from attorney about my approval.

Applied : March 26, 2009
Approved : Jan 26, 2010

April anyone?

Has anyone's April application come through? I know someone mentioned that his friend's April application was approved, but is there anyone who personally had an April application that was approved?

If not, it looks like the DOL strictly approves one month's application in that month (at least as per what I have observed in the last 3-4 months). So April will take all of February, May in March and June will be done in April.

I hope I am wrong and that it is quicker. Keeping my fingers crossed.

got the confirmation from my attorney.
there are 3 cases filed on the same day.
two of them got approval. So, 1 is still pending.
this thread helped me a lot...

I see so many postings here for PERM processing times.

Have you considered adding the entries in the tracker instead, available at http://www.immihelp.com/tracker
It is specifically meant for that purpose.

If it has something lacking, not right, or if you would like us to enhance in certain way, we would be glad to know your inputs and discuss it.

Thanks ted_79. So it is looking more positive than I expected. They have definitely started April applications and did not wait for Feb 1st to start on those, so hopefully they will finish April and most of May in Feb itself.

By that account, I should get my labor (applied June) by March end, I know I am being very optimistic

If you got the audit in March, you may have responded in April 2009. And currently April '09 seems to be underway for processing, so I am hoping yours is just about to be certified. Best of luck in any case.

EB-3 PERM Audit - Expected response?

Hello,

EB3 PERM was applied in Dec'08. A query was received and was replied within the asked 15 days in Nov'09. The online status is still showing "In process".

Does anyone know when a result would come out?

Currently I see they are working on Mar'09 applications. Since we replied with stipulated period, shouldn't the application was processed by this time?

Filed MAR-15-2009 , EB2/EB3 category

My attorney says ..
EB-2 and EB-3 means nothing to the DOL, they are USCIS classifications. if the DOL approves the labor certification then immigrant petition can be filed under the specific category.A PERM has to approved before a preference petition can be filed with the USCIS. So i am wondering all the peoples are mentioning that they filed PERM under EB2 category or EB3 Category .

Can you really able to mention the catagory during filing the PERM or what attorney says is correct ? Can anybody answer this. Still waiting for a status ---- Applied MAR-15-2009.

Liz2703- I sincerely hope that Anoopkumar is right in his observation/wish. If your case is under audit and if I am interpreting what is on the DOL website correctly , as of Dec 31 2009, they were processing the audits with priority dates dating back to Dec 2007 only. Please check http://icert.doleta.gov/#fragment-2 if you haven't already. I hope my interpretation is wrong and that you get the good news very shortly. Also I strongly encourage everybody to post/update their status on the "PERM Tracker" again on this website. It is an excellent tool to be aware of what is going on as far as LC goes, and saves from having to browse thru dozens of emails. http://www.immihelp.com/tracker/gree...erm-tracker.do But we need to update it regularly for the tool to be meaningful.
