How long should we wait before PERM Labor certification aplication will be filed?

Hi everybody! The employer of my husband will begin green card process soon. Could you please tell me how much time it takes from the beginning (newspapers, recruitment etc) to actually filing PERM Labor certification application? thank you. Have a good day

At least 60 days before filing.
