Hello,
My employer advertised my position in DOL website and local newspapers. My manager received a call from DOL telling him if he can hire any US citizen in that case the state will reimburse 50% of the training cost needed for the job. My manger is shocked and now confused as i work for the university, they have dealt with PhD's only and not staff member like me. The HR is not having any clue about this. Can you guys give me some feedback?
