Experience date issue for Perm - Very Urgent

Which of the following dates will be considered as start of my professional experience for Perm.


1- Date when i completed my 4 years BS Courses (July, 2003)
2- Date printed on my final transcript (September 19, 2003)
3- Date printed on my Degree Certificate (March 04, 2004)


I started working in August 2003 but i am not sure after which of the above dates USCIS will count my professional experience.

Please help as it is going to be a decider for my eligibility of EB2 or EB3.

what? Professional experience began the day you started working. Not necessarily when you graduated.

EB2/3 depends on the job requirement.

I guess you are planning to show your experience gained while studying.
If you were working part time, that will not be considered as a job experience.

So you will have to show your experience gained once you complete studies.
