EB2 or EB3 Catagory

Hi All,

I did my graduation (10 + 2 + 3) and post graduation (10 + 2+ graduation (3yrs) + MBA (2 yrs)) from India. I have 11 years of experiance in Information Technology. Am I eligible to apply in EB2 catagory? I would like to get some knowledge in EB2 and EB3 Catagory.

Hi
Your education (MBA) from India will not be considered as a post graduation in US Standards.
If you get your credentials done, you will realise that you are categorised in the graduate group with a bachelor of science with dual majors.

However you have enough work experience to help you out.
This experience clubbed with your MBA will see you through in getting EB2

You may consult your lawyer and get your credentials verified.
