Hello,
I am on H4 Visa and will be completing my PhD degree full time from Canadian University in the Electrical and Computer Engineering by the end of this year. My research area is on VLSI Design and Verification. I live in Vermont and commute to Montreal every week to my school. By the end of my PhD, I will have 8 conference publication, 4 Journal papers. I have 7 years of experience in IBM before joining the PhD program. I have one patent and 2 published patents. I was wondering if I will be eligible for EB1 category?
