EB2 with 3 yrs of BSC and 6 years of exp

Hi Folks,
I have 6 yrs of IT experience, my qualification BSC 3 yrs(regular) and 1 year Post Graduate Diploma Marketing management (correspondence).
Can my employer file my labor in EB2.
