Exceptions to Labor Certification

I'm currently on H1B visa and am qualified to skip the labor certification (Multinational Managers and Executives process) except
for the fact that I don't have one full year working in a branch of a U.S. company - I'm missing 12 DAYS!!! .
I was wondering if there is something that can be done and if there were similar situations like mine.
Any help will be appreciated
