Labor Filing Help
Hi,
I've been working for my current company for almost 5 years in H1B under 3 different positions and now they are hesitant to process my Green Card. Apparently, HR and company's lawyer say that since we have 6 people working in our department now and my job description isn't any extra-ordinary, they won't be able to file the labor and prove that they need me for this position.
My question was that so many companies were applying for GC for many positions such as mine (Technical Sys Analyst) so how come they can't. Now, my manager asked me to show him some examples (I'm assuming job description, etc.) on how others are doing it so he can go and advise HR about it.
Could someone help me get this process going please please? I only have less than 2 years left on my H1b and it's really hard to find another company who is willing to do H1 transfer now.
