My company started my green card process in 2001 and applied for labour certification in June of 2001. It has been more than three years and there has been no progress regarding my application.
We suspect that the gentleman(there is only one person who does this work) who works on these cases in the state of Arkansas has decided that he is not going to do anything about these application.
My sixth year is expiring in Feb of 2005. Would anyone advise me of the options that I have.
There are at least 15 other applicants like me in the same boat.
