Can "Job Desciption" for Labor Certification be "word to word" same as my current job

I am very confused/concerned regarding the paperwork my lawyer has prepared for Labor Certification for GC. In Part A (ETA 750A), the lawyer has entered "word to word" my present job duties from Part B (ETA 750B). I am not if this is correct? Will this cause any problem in Labor approval? Shouldnt the job description list all possible duties for the permanentt job and not just my current job duties "as is"

750A should be filled in with what employer wants..and 750B can be exact or close to skill sets. That will not cause a problem. We have done number of applications. It is very much possible that you have skill sets exactly matching the employer's need.
