    EB2 to EB3 change in I140 filing

    My company filed my labor in NJ. After a long wait state has forwaded to federal 3 months ago. Here is my question: My labor is field in EB2, while filing for I140 can I apply in EB3. I heard that there is along wait for EB2 now. Please advise me.
