1. I applied labor in 2008. It went to Audit. By 2011 end Iam completing my 6 year period. If my labor is not approved (which is now in audit) can I extend my stay in US. If yes, What is the procedure. If not what I have to do?
2. I have applied my labor through a employer. Now I want to change to another employer and want to apply lobor through this(second) employer. then can I use my previous labor date for the new lobor.
