How easy/difficult/immposible is it to move an application filed in non RIR to RIR?
Some say, it shoudln't be a problem and some says that it needs to be re-filed so the priority date changes. Say, I have only 14 months on H1, and file in non-RIR within a month to get unlimited extention on H1. If at a later date, say after 6 months, employer wants to move the application to RIR, is it possible to move and still get extentions?
