My application was filed in Feb, 2004. I have not heard anything since then. Lawyer said he hasn't received the case # yet. Does anyone know what is happening? The Regional Processing Time is also stuck at Dec, 2003 from many months. What is the reason?

Yeah, So is my case I too applied from Illinouis. My lawyer says that some centers give receipt some don't. Illinous is one among them. But, atleast you ahould get a receipt letter from the state labour department saying that they have received your application. Ask your attorney.
