Where in the application form does the attorney specify the category of Labor i.e., EB2 or EB3?

Eb2/eb3

EB2/EB3 is mentioned in i-140 application form, not in Labor certification.
But the news paper ad that the employer give for the job will indirectly decide if I-140 can be filed in EB2 or EB3.
