H1b 6 years getting over in 5 months and perm pending

Hello everyone , my H1B 6 years is getting over in Sep/05/2020 . I don’t have any unused time to recapture . My perm is filed in Jan/2020 . In-case my perm and i140 not approved before Sep/05 , is it possible to convert to h4(my spouse on h1) and convert back to h1 after 140 approved ? What other options do I have ?

Hi,
Yes. You can file change of status petition before your current I-94 expires. Once you get I-140 Approved then again you can file change of status to H1B.
