Hi
I got my labor approved and company is being acquired. The acquisition process will take couple of weeks(60-90 days).
My question is
1. Shall I wait for merger/acquisition and hope new company applies for my I-140? or apply now itself in premium processing with existing company ?
2. If I apply now and hopefully get approved then can new company apply for I-140 amendment and continue the process? Is there any time limit etc?
Just to be more clear, the company will be Successor-in-interest and my job profile, location pay all will be same. Also there is no chance of filing I485 as the dates are not current.
