Hi,
One of the fundamental steps in filing the Green card application (Immigration Petition) for Employees is that the U.S Department of Labor requires the Job Posting must be made at the employee’s primary work site for 10 working days before filing the PERM application.
However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the offices are closed and not likely to be re-opened anytime soon therefore, job posting cannot be made. I wanted to know if there are any alternative ways by which we can comply with this step.
