PERM job advertisement

Hello everyone !

Need your advice. My company recently started GC process for me and right now my PERM is stuck and when enquired they said since all the office are closed they were not able to post a physical advertisement in the office. Is anyone else in the same boat ? And what are your thoughts on this guys , do you think in some months from now we should be able to post an advertisement ?

The physical ad is a "requirement" that cannot be skipped.
This must be posted when offices are open as the intent is to show "good faith recruitment"
The Ad must be posted for atleast 2 weeks (10 business days) in a "conspicuous" location.

Your perm can only start when the offices open
