My labor was filed on March 2002 in NJ. On Dec 31,2004 recived a Notice of Findings from REgional Labor department saying that i do not have previous experience. and they need me/employer to provide all the details of previous experience and employer effort of recruitment for the same post. But the truth is i had more than 13 years of experience when i joined the job during june 2001.
My atterney thinks that it is not problem and belives that the certifiying officer has not reviewed the last page of Form 750 B , where the details of my previous experience existed. And he is planning to send a letter to labor certifiying office.
The last date to send the reply is Jan 27th, 2005. Under these circumstances what are my chances of getting the approval after obtaining NOF.
Please help on whatever information you have.
