Just wondering if anyone has insights, experiences to advise.
I filed for LC under RIR in Feb 2001. INS lost my case for 8 months and in April 2003 remanded RIR to traditional processing.
In 2004, assessment notices were sent to us and responses were filed in September. Finally, now the status indicates that all recruitment documentation has been filed with the SWA.
I am under EB3 (to be used after LC I suppose?). Any thoughts on my case?
