Prior experience for PERM

Hi All— I have a question for my spouse. She completed her masters (MBA HR) and joined a company in 2017 initially on h4ead and later got her h1b done in masters category. She does not have past experience. Question is how to file PERM as she does not have past experience and her experience on the job will not be counted. Her masters was in MBA HR and her job is SAP Successfactors which is HR software. Is there a way her education skills can be used to file PERM or how do people handle such scenario ?

Hi,
If she has completed her Masters in USA, then you can file GC under EB 2 category with Masters+ 0 years of Experience.. That's doable.
