Since Perm is around the corner we should be careful in choosing the company. I think my company(turnover 45 Millions) is well placed to get your labor applied in Perm and one of the better options you may come across.

I was under the impression that if you have a Bachelors degree you dont qualify for EB2. You need to have a Masters Degree for that.

Hi:

I don’t think that is right to have master degree in order to apply for EB2. In contrary, if you have Bachelor degree and plus five years of experience or more in the same field that would be okay for your case. But in other to apply EB2, your salary should meet at 110K/year or higher (Sr. Software Engineer) at San Francisco Bay area, but you still able to apply EB2 in other state with lower salary. (Note: This is no a legal advice, use at your own risk).

Need a sponser for EB2 category

I am on EAD and my I-485 is filled with EB3 category. Since then I have joined college in USA and possessted Master Degree in computer science. I have been in usa for 10 years now. so I can say I have at least 10 yrs experience in Software Development. I have a good Job right now but company does not want to sponser , so I need a company who can file my documents for EB2 Category.

My EB3 category priority date is July 1 2004.

I hope some good company or its staff read this and contact me ASAP. I will pay filing fees, attornys fees , company does not have to pay anything.
