Hi my labor cert was applied in EB3 in traditional way (NOT RIR) on Apr 2003. I have not heard anything from Labor dept yet. (Today is Jan 2005). My company is thinking of not transferring my application to PERM because they say PERM is unreliable.
They also say that my application will be processed in backlog reduction and it would be processed in next 2 years. Even if I trust them that gives me only 2 years for remaining of my GC processing. What do you suggest.
Should I ask the company to move my application to PERM? Is PERM unreliable?
