EB2 & Retrogression

Does any of you know if retrogression is coming for EB2 as well ??

My LC was filed under EB3 in March 2003 and should be getting approved soon.

But I'm thinking of asking my company to re-file it under EB2 (under PERM). Do you think it would be a good idea ? It would be a problem, if retrogression somes for EB2 as well.

Well currently there is no retrogession for EB2 in PERM, but people predict that it might happen too.
Secondly to file under EB2 category, your job description should mandate that the minimum qualifications for the position is a Masters Degree and that you should have one
