PERM vs DV

Hi There,

I have a friend who's PERM is getting applied by his Employer. He have DV (Domestic Voilence) filed on him and he is on probabtion. His trial date is scheduled in Nov and his case may be dismissed or may be reduced to minor mis-deaminor.

Will DV out come of the trial affect his PERM / GC processing?
