Changing employer during perm process

I am changing to new employer and my perm application is already submitted and waiting for approval. My H1 transfer will be initiated in premium by my new employer but Can I still continue filing i140 with my old employer once perm is approved if they don’t withdraw my Perm application?

Answer: Yes. As long as your Previous Employer is ready to sponsor your GC then no issues. It can be continued even if you moves to new Employer.

Did it work out for you? I have a similar situation now would love to hear how is everything with your application. I am specializing in omnichannel retailing and one company offered me much better position and pay than the previous employer. Would great to sort everything with the visa and application first before i can accept this amazing offer.
