HI,
When the attorney will decide, whether a perticular case can be filed in EB2 or EB3?

Hi
I guess if your job description dictates that the minimum educational qualifications required to perform the job is a Masters Degree then you can file under EB2 category. Otherwise its EB3 ie a bachelor degree
