Hi Experts,
I am on H1B based out of texas office location and I would like to move to virginia so that I can stay near to my extended family. My employer agreed to file an H1B amendment to work remotely from home from virginia for texas office. And they will file my PERM as remote employee. Does it cause any issues/delays in my perm process , I have 2.5 years left before max out ?
I do understand we might get more applications as they would file as remote position , anything else we need to worry about ?
Note: They applied for my PW for texas office location and it has been 4 months.so they would withdraw this application and would apply for new perm as remote position.
Thanks,
Shasi
