Attorney received few profiles in my PERM recruitment process

My m Attorney has informed me that they have received few profiles for the Job Ad which is posted during my PERM recruitment phase. The Profiles which attorney has received are not exactly matching my Roles & responsibilities but my company has decided to interview them.Once HR interviews those profiles and rejects them in case they are not qualified for the respective Position. Does the DOL approves or audit my perm as we received the profiles?.Will the DOL approves my PERM Application as those 2 profiles are not qualified

Does the DOL send my PERM to audit as we received 2 profiles during the Recruitment process
