Pre approved PERMS

I'd be extremely careful with promises of pre approvals. Pre approved PERMs/labor certifications do NOT exist except for three DOL identified occupations: 1) physical therapist, 2) a professional nurse, 3) or an alien of exceptional ability in the performing arts, sciences or arts, to include college and university teachers. These are the only occupations that are and can be pre approved. Lots of scams in this area taking advantage of desperate foreigners. For all other occupations, PERMs/labor certifications are processed on a case by case basis and are NOT pre approved.
