  • EB2 Classification

    Hi There,

I have a 3 yrs Indian Bachelor's Degree with more than 10 yrs of exp (including the current exp).

My company legal team says "Three-year Indian Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience will not support EB-2 classification"

I am not sure if my company legal team is correct. Can someone throw some lights on this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Jay

Forget EB2, even EB3 might be difficult with a 3 year degree. Read I140 RFE posts and rejections on the internet on many forums for people with 3 year degrees.

Don't mean to be pessimistic but it is what it is....

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

      Hi TxH1b,
