Greetings! My case has reached Philly for LC clearance after 3 years (filed from VA) with Employer A and Employer B recruited me and filed my GC in Chicago recently for LC.
Can I cancel the GC processing with Employer B and go back to Employer A (still valid) and file for my I-485 and stay with Employer A till I get my GC approved.
Your help in this matter is most appreciated.
