I would like to know whether it is mandatory to mention no. of hours worked per work in full time position in the employment letter while filing PERM ? I heard that it should mention a minimum of 40 hours per week. If so , then what to mention for employers whose working hours are less than 40 hours per week . In my case it was 38 hours 45 mins to be exact per week as per office working hours.
