Hi,
It's been 4 months since my employer has applied for my PERM but based on dol site it is going to take 5 more months for it to get approved. Unfortunately my H1B is maxing out in 3 more months. I was thinking of moving to India for the same company, but since this will be a payroll transfer will the PERM remain valid anymore?
