Labor approved. I140 to be filed. Can I work under the same employer, same job but in a different employer location? Should the employer file a new labor for the new location? What are the possible issues? What are the options should I consider before moving to the new location? Any inputs/suggestions is appreciated.

An issue arises as to the prevailing wage. There was a huge fraud case recently where an employer listed the location as a small town in the midwest but in reality the jobs were in LA, NY, Chicago, Houston and other high cost of living areas. Be careful, don't let the employer screw you and screw up your immigration process.
