My comapany is struggling to apply PERM for me.
Here is the story.
They applied for my PWD and am told that they got it but with classification in the title for 3 times. Then I was told that they would go ahead and apply for PERM in this month. But surprisingly they came back and told that not applying in this month because the ad end date was in oct so they can not apply for a month and going to apply after this month end and also they mentioned that company is laying off few members in another division, so that could affect the perm applications. So they told that they would also apply schedule A simultaneously in my case.
Both parties (Me and comp) know that I am not exceptional category.
Now my questions are:
1. Is my company taking risky path on my case ?
2. What is the criteria to be say yes for Schedule A ( My case will be in EB2).?
I welcome your suggestions/questions in case ASAP.
