Hi, I am on my 4th year of working. I will finish my 5th year in July 2011 since I started working on July 2006 after my Bachelors'. I had contracting jobs in different companies but within similar field. I was on bench for 4 months only once. Would 5 years include that 4 months or not? Also what is the probability of Labor getting approved for this. I had Labor approved for EB3. I am trying to do EB2 now. Any help is very much appreciated.
