Hi Team,
My situation is that my 6 years of H1b were completed a few months back and I am presently in India. And I got to know from my attorney that my PERM is denied. The denial reason was so simple that my attorney missed some columns to fil in the educational section and that is their usual process my bad luck in my case it was looked into by DOL.
My attorney provided a solution that they will submit the Motion for Reconsideration.
And I would like to know what is the success rate for the PERM Motion to Reconsideration if anyone has faced such a situation and got it approved. Please let me know, I am in a situation sitting on a knife.
