salary Restrictions for EB2?

Hi all,

My employer is filing for GC. I have masters degree and 3 yrs of experience.He is saying that inorder to meet the EB2 category i need to have the salary around 90K, so he is suggesting to file under EB3 category.

I need suggestions

There is no 90k salary requirement for EB2. The job must require EB2 qualifications and not made up to fit the EB2 bracket.
