Does the PERM process require the employee to be physically present in the U.S.?
Hi,
My company will sponsor my L1 visa and relocate me to US from Canada. I have been worked for the Company for more than 1 year. In theory, can the company start the PERM process for me while I'm still in Canada?
From the company point of view, they are very supportive for my Green card application and I would like to get the Green card as soon as possible.
